At Rsglowcraft, we understand that you’re excited to receive your candle raw materials and craft supplies. Our team works diligently to ensure every order is carefully packed and shipped in a timely manner. Please review the details below to understand how our shipping process works.

🕯️ PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 2 to 4 business days after purchase confirmation.

  • Once packed and ready, a dispatch notification along with your tracking details will be sent to your registered email.

🚚 ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

  • Delivery generally takes 2 to 8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier logistics.

  • Delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen factors such as public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or remote delivery routes.

📦 SHIPPING FEES

  • Applicable shipping charges are calculated based on parcel weight and destination, displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping offers apply to eligible products and special promotional campaigns.

🔍 ORDER TRACKING

  • Tracking links and consignment numbers are provided via email as soon as the package is handed over to the courier partner.

  • Real-time progress can be tracked directly on the assigned courier service portal.

⚠️ IMPORTANT SHIPPING GUIDELINES

  • Address Accuracy: Verify your complete shipping address, correct PIN code, and active contact number prior to completing payment. Address or order modifications cannot be processed once the order is finalized.

  • Return to Origin (RTO): If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or non-availability of the recipient, all return and re-shipping charges must be covered by the customer.

  • Damage Claims for Fragile Items: For orders containing fragile goods (e.g., glass containers, ceramic vessels, or delicate molds), an unedited, complete unboxing video is strictly mandatory to process replacement or damage claims.

  • Delivery Queries: For delays, missing scans, or tracking concerns, notify our customer support team promptly.

🏢 WAREHOUSE & BULK TRANSPORT SHIPPING
For heavy or bulk raw material orders dispatched through regional transport services:

  • A nominal handling fee of ₹300 – ₹500 applies for moving shipments from our workshop to the regional transport hub.

  • A transport receipt (bilty/consignment copy) will be shared upon dispatch.

  • Secondary freight charges determined by the transport operator (based on weight and distance) are to be settled directly at the time of warehouse pickup.

  • Store liability concludes once the consignment is safely handed over to the transport agency.

  • To collect parcels from the transport hub, present a valid government-issued photo ID along with the official purchase invoice.

✉️ STANDARD COURIER SHIPMENTS

  • Standard courier dispatches take place within 2 to 3 business days.

  • If a delivery PIN code falls outside the primary courier serviceable zones, alternate logistics partners will be assigned (estimated dispatch: 3 to 5 business days).
